Talking to people tips

When i say "talk to people" what i mean is ask people questions

I ask almost everyone i talk to if they've heard of bio active peptides yet?

That almost always goes somewhere because when they say no, i ask if they use supplements.  if they say no, i ask if they ever drink protein drinks? They always say yes.  So then we agree that they use supplements.  

I then ask if they have any current health and wellness goals like increasing muscle, energy, relaxing their nervous system, or losing body fat

and that usually opens a window to tell them about one of our solutions



The second class of people in general i ask all network marketers that are not doing what i'm doing how their business is going and if i can support them in anyway.

That usually develops into dialogue where they tell me they're tired of doing what they're doing and want to learn about Make Wellness (remember my audience knows me as a seasoned professional so if you're new, MAKE SURE to connect them with your mentor or someone who is a seasoned professional via IG messenger, FB messenger, zoom, call, etc... and let them help you ask the right questions and guide the convo.

I never recruit happy reps so if someone tells me they're loving what they do, i don't try to recruit them but remember this is business.  The Dallas Cowboys never apologized for checking in with Tom Brady to see if he was still enjoying playing QB for the Patriots.  It's business and you're in the business of talent acquisition.

The third thing I do is try to go to lunch, coffee, or tea with someone in my community 3-4 days a week and find out more about their business.  Realtors, Mortgage folks, personal trainers, etc are all great to meet with because they are commissioned sales folks like you and i find they're almost always interested in supplementing their income or trying your products but the key to these appointments is to have a genuine interest in them (where are they from, how long have they been doing what they do, family? interests and hobbies, and lastly who would be a good referral for them?). Typically they'll ask you what you ask them and if nothing else a new local friendship is formed.  Remember your network is your networth so everyday you should make it a point to meet someone and turn them into a friend. I get a TON of referrals and new business thru this method.
