Once your customer orders, it’s time to set them up for success! Everything you need is in Boards in a folder titled “Customer Support + Tool Kit”. Here’s a 3 step process once your customer orders:

Step 1: thank them for their order.

Step 2: share with them all of the tools in that folder that relate like:

- customer tool kit

- nutrition 101 replay

- tips on how to take progress photos

- customer questionnaire

Step 3: devote a time weekly to follow up with your customer. How are they doing? How are they feeling? Are they taking their products as directed?

Follow these steps and connect to build a long term funnel of customers!
