Here is a proven network expander to grow your business.
a) decide which state you'd like to get some business going in. For example, lets say you choose Oklahoma. I would so a story that says "Who do i know in Oklahoma." Whoever answers get to know them a little bit by asking what city they live in and what they currently do for work. Once they answer tell them your a recruiter for a peptide company and wanted to see if they'd be open to taking a look at the opportunity. If its not for them, then you'd be willing to pay them for referrals. Schedule a zoom with them, break bread (form the connection), then ask if its okay to show them a few things about the company to see if it could be a fit. This can work unusually well because you've taken the pressure off of them by stating that even if its not for them you'd be willing to pay them for referrals.
I often say "ok this is likely not for you but this company is breaking all the records and i'd like to show you what we're up to in case you have a few people in mind that might be a fit for it, and that way i can atleast send you referral money. sound good?"
What you just did is enlisted a bird dog. I have all kinds of bird dogs constantly bringing me new leads, but what happens alot of times is the person i'm zooming with decides that they want to do the business with me.
