DAY 4

instagram and facebook post

Here’s a biohacking tip that changed my sleep: Your bedroom should be COLD.

Like, 65-68°F cold.

Why? Your core body temperature needs to drop by about 2-3 degrees to initiate sleep.

A cool room helps this happen naturally.
I used to keep my room at 72° and wonder why I tossed and turned.

Now, I crank the AC down, use a fan, and sleep like a baby.

Bonus: Cooler temps increase your brown fat activity, which can boost metabolism.

Win-win!

Try it tonight and let me know how you sleep!

"The Unboxing BREAKTHROUGH"

Introduce the breakthrough program

Post Type: Instagram/Facebook/Tiktok Live

Content: A visually appealing unboxing video of your Make 3 Breakthrough stack.

Show the FIT, LEAN, and RESTORED products, as well as the free MAKE-branded water bottle.

JUST HIT 3 BENEFITS OF EACH PRODUCT

Show genuine excitement as you reveal each product.

Don't read the labels but instead give a brief description of each product, what it does, and why you're excited about it.

Show the texture/color of the peptides.

Taste test the FIT on camera.

You'll crush this!  Just have fun and memorize these 3 points about each product:

FIT - helps utilize protein 4x greater, increases mitochondria production, makes your muscles stronger, reduces inflammatory markers

LEAN - helps with appetite cues, cravings, turns white fat into beige fat that your body can burn without losing muscle

RESTORED - improves your REM & DEEP sleep by 25% on average, lowers cortisol, gives you an average of 91 minutes of additional production the following day

Caption: It’s here! My Make 3 Breakthrough stack just arrived. Fit for protein synthesis, lean muscle, and recovery, Lean for metabolism and targeting fat without losing muscle, Restored to lower cortisol and get deeper sleep.

Wanna transform together?

Comment: "breakthrough" and i'll send you a link to check it out

Tips:
- Use good lighting
- Show each product clearly
- Include the branded water bottle
- Have fun. It's okay to be nervous (makes people want to buy from you more)
- Let your coach, team chat, etc know when you're going live so they can stop by and comment

DAY 7

instagram and facebook post

Want to know the #1 thing that improved my energy AND my sleep?

Getting sunlight in my eyes within 30 minutes of waking up.

Here’s why it works:

Morning light sets your circadian rhythm

It triggers cortisol (good in the morning!)

It starts a 12-16 hour timer for melatonin production

It improves mood and alertness all day

How to do it:
Get outside within 30 min of waking

5-10 minutes on a sunny day, 20-30 on cloudy

No sunglasses (but don’t stare at the sun!)

Through a window doesn’t count - you need direct light

This one habit changed everything for me. Try it for a week and watch what happens.

include a fun selfie with something having to do with being outdoors

DAY 9

instagram and facebook post

I started ending my showers with 30 seconds of cold water. Here’s what
happened...

Benefits I’ve noticed:
-Better mood (cold triggers dopamine release)
- Tighter skin and hair
- Faster recovery from workouts
- Mental toughness (if I can do this, I can do anything)

The science:
- Cold exposure activates brown fat (burns calories)
- Reduces inflammation
- Boosts immune system
- Improves circulation

How to start:
- Start with 10 seconds at the end of your shower
- Gradually increase to 30-60 seconds
- Focus on your breathing (don’t hold your breath!)
- It gets easier every time

It’s uncomfortable for 30 seconds. But the benefits last all day.

include a fun selfie with something having to do with the cold 🥶
